Here at Williams Culinary, we stand behind our products for life. Under normal care, we will exhaust all efforts to make sure your product lasts a lifetime. We ask that the knives are hand-washed, towel dried and that the steel is maintained with a light coat of food-grade cooking oil to protect them even further against corrosion, nicks and dings. The dishwasher is a knife’s worst enemy. The high heat and damp prolonged conditions can harm both the handle and steel. Should a knife find its way into the dishwasher and be damaged, there will be a nominal fee associated with the repair of any damage and return shipping and insurance.
