Buy a knife on a whim? No. Not me me. Never...

I bought the petty knife on a whim.
And I am very glad I did. Its exceptional.
I was seduced by the size, design and materials.
Elmax powdered super steel? yes please!
Full tang with G10 scales in such pretty colours. Most definitely, where do I sign up?
Critically, the elements of this knife are brought together seamlessly. It quite literally dances in the hand. I often laugh at the notion of a 'go to' knife in the kitchen and yet, here we are....

I wish I had a few more

All I can say about this knife is WOW. As soon as I opened the box, I knew this was going to be my go-to knife in my kitchen. It's bigger than a standard paring knife with a broader blade but not too big. I use it to peel, chop and slice. It's incredibly sharp (be careful) and a great weight for me. I love the broad blade. I wish I had a few more.
